Hosea 2:23 - I will plant her for myself in the land; I will show my love to the one I called 'Not my loved one'.  I will say to those called 'Not my people', 'You are my people'; and they will say, 'You are my God.'

Isaiah 60:10 - Foreigners will rebuild your walls, and their kings will serve you.  Though in anger I struck you, in favour I will show you compassion.

Isaiah 48:9 - For my own name's sake I delay my wrath; for the sake of my praise I hold it back from you, so as not to cut you off.
